Impressive. The athleticism and speed for sure, but more so the decision making by both teams. Didnt overplay their opportunities too much, Tonga did a little charging up hard solo into the heart of an organized defense, got the ball to the centre channel, played from there, stepping inside and looking for the offload, great rugby.

Yellow card for not retreating 10m is crazy. Ref changed the game, Tonga should feel cheated.

I'm not so sure I agree I think he was evening it up. The yellow to NZ moments earlier was a bit harsh as well as it didn't really affect the play or prevent a try scoring opportunity.

But that's the rule? If a player is not back 10 and engages with an attacker while still offside, it is cynical and a a yellow card.

Game was even......they weren’t robbed they just got pipped at the line that’s all.......shud be proud of Tonga and reaching the finals.....they played like beasts and represented with so much pride 🔥❤️ great future for those boys if they continue to play good rugby......congrats to the winners!......and congrats on all teams making it a successful tournament 🔥❤️

Tonga rushed the game but couldn't keep up. Great individual plays but cannot execute. Referee was abit terrible at the end. Great game from both anyways. That tongan 7 reminds me of Billy Slater for some reason.
