We present to you 3 types of tender Rugelach mini crescents (Jewish Crescent Rolls): with walnut and apricot jam, with honey, almond flakes and chocolate or crescents "by the meter" filled with candied or dried fruit (dates, figs, dried apricots, candied orange, raisins, cranberries, etc.). All 3 types of these tender crescents are prepared from the same shortcrust pastry: with cream cheese and butter, without sugar. They turn out fantastic small crescents that melt in your mouth!
