The rear pin is the bolt stop. Replacing it with a polymer bolt stop really helps quiet it down as the bolt slams back. A Tandom Kross auto bolt release is also a must. If you can’t afford the Ruger trigger kit, the Volquarsen hammer will give you a 2.5lbs trigger pull :) I sometimes run a bore snake through my 10/22 after use but, not for a thorough cleaning. l prefer to use a one piece coated guide rod. A lot of competition shooters will drill a small hole into the rear of the receiver, parallel to the bore. This will allow you to clean from the chamber. My barrel cost more than the rifle so, l tend to baby it lol. Dlask in BC sells and makes a lot 10/22 parts

Hello , could you do a cleaning guide for the BCL RMX bison ? Please
@canadianoperator5 ай бұрын
I may do a cleaning guide for bolts in general as it’s very easy. Clean the bore, then clean and lube the bolt. That’s it.

@@canadianoperator for the bcl mrx bison we don't need to remove the mechanism ( trigger, chamber ...)for cleaning and lube ?

@@raphnbBolts are extremely simple to clean. All you really need to do is clean the bore and bolt. You could probably take the bolt apart and clean up the firing pin occasionally. As for the chamber and inside of the receiver, if you’re using a snake or cleaning rod with patches that will all be cleaned out easily with several pass through all the way from the back and (where you put the bolt into the receiver) through the muzzle. You could use a cleaning rod with a larger chamber brush if you wanted to. But yeah it’s super simple. Then you just want to make sure you’re putting a dab of oil on the locking lugs and bolt body and you’re good. Obviously that’s just a brief synopsis and I always recommend you follow specific instructions in any owners manual.

This is a little shorter than initially intended, as I was having power failures on my main A-Roll camera. If you need more help with your 10/22, feel free to ask here, or come by our Discord (linked in the description) and we'll help you out :) Thanks for your understanding :)
