Why don’t you just move on to something different? Took mine out yesterday, 3 shooters, just over 400 rounds, no issues. The RXM trigger is better to me, than ANY option available for a Glock(and I’ve tried a bunch). The modularity is what sets this apart (also why Glock lost to Sig). Anyway, I watched the video to see the “magazine failure” that didn’t exist. Seems like this gun just isn’t a good fit for you.

Why the RXM over the Glock? It’s pretty simple. Glock developed a fantastic 20th century platform that is extremely reliable, but has failed to advance features in the 21st century. Ruger brings those features (direct-mount red dot, better grip angle, modularity) without sacrificing the reliability of the platform. With Magpul’s support, you will be able to buy grips (for just $40) in the style of G26L, G19, G45 - so you can have all the Glocks you want in one firearm. If/when Ruger brings the G17 length slide, you will have G17, G49 available to you as well. Call it the ultimate Glock, because it is one gun that can become virtually any Glock. Ask your average Glock fanboy how many Glocks he has, it wont be one. Usually some combo of 43/26/19/17/34

I’ve been thinking a lot about the “why” So here is my theory. Ruger has pursued and won government, security,LE contracts successfully. But not as successful as Colt, Sig, Glock etc. Sig beat Glock on modularity as well as some other details. The dumb down factor for armorers is a thing. It’s a no brainer people like Glock, for some decent reasons. The RXM seems like a possible fit for agencies to get Sig features with the Glock that alot of them like? A contract will be much less $$ than street price. If the fire control system causes an issue, easy to swap. The broken FCG can be repaired local, intermediate depot, or Mfg (Ruger) returning line replaceable assets to the field. If this is accurate. They seem to be doing it backwards. Normally the contracts make the firearm popular then goes to civi market. I don’t think it would be unreasonable to see the RXM in duty holsters or foreign government military in the future? Just a thought. Thanks again for the work.

Ruger & Magpul should not have released this pistol until they had at least 4 different grip module sizes or designs. This is the number 1 problem with all the supposed to be modular guns, they all lack in their modularity and give this “To be Continue” of options to come effect. I just believe they jumped the gun on the release without having an immediate complete line up of choices towards their modularity feature. Without such choice it’s just a cheap clone with the potential of being modular. With that being said if I were to ever buy a striker fired pistol it will only be a “Glock” (45) to be exact. However what I’m trying to say is why buy a pretender when you can just purchase the real thing.

@GSquaredTacticalКүн бұрын
Nothing modern about this. That’s actually laughable
@tonyevans1429Күн бұрын
Technically it having a chassis does make it more modern. But still not needed and not enough. Wish they would of just upgraded/modified a new handgun using the sr9 platform as a basis. Instead of ever switching to the American series or this. That was a great handgun just needed some light changes.

I don’t know why anyone would. And then you have people out here, justifying them talking about the honest outlaw bought his own RXM ewww some big tuber finally bought his own firearm. What they do not understand is that although some of them may occasionally buy their own firearms, those companies regularly send them product. I mean, think about that that is revenue. They don’t care anything about keeping that gun. They review it say all things nice about it and then they sell it to one of their buddies for a in some cases huge profit. So even if the one they may be currently reviewing was purchased with their own money in a lot of cases, they are still beholden to the manufacturer to say something nice about when they even bought themselves because that manufacturer sends them other guns if any of that makes sense.
@GSquaredTacticalКүн бұрын
Basically what I’m saying is they don’t want to tick off any manufacturer of any gun even if they don’t get free stuff from them because they know they never will. Like the chances that I will ever receive anything from Ruger, even though I have done some great raving reviews about Ruger, rifles, revolvers, and their carbines and did not say anything negative about the function of this one, but just said I was not a fan. I will likely never get anything from them. The same would be true about any manufacture that I might say something bad about even one firearm they offer. I can name to you, but I will not because I’m not going to name drop, but I can name to you right now off the top of my head three huge tubers with over 2 million subscribers that I have literally never not one time not ever heard them have a negative Review of any firearm not one time. I think me and you and anyone with any common sense statistically knows that’s not possible
