RUIKE KNIVES P135 FIRST IMPRESSIONS

I do like the blade shape. Especially, for myself being a beginner when it comes to sharpening it has a steady angle that IMO would make sharpening easier when it comes to maintaining the angle. But, I’m definitely going to pickup the p801 for sure. It would be my first knife with that 142N steel

The worst part of a weak detent is the increased possibility of the blade opening in pocket. If carried in tip up position and opening in pocket, the blade is aimed right at the femoral artery vein and nerve, one tumble could result in a severe bleeding injury, not to mention the secondary finger injury as you try to remove knife from groin.

Yeah that for sure makes a bad week, my blade is almost always pushed against the seem of my pants so it cant open, and this one isnt weak enough to open in the pocket but weak enough to make me want to play around and make it better

This knife bit me a few years ago when the flipper bumped on a box when i was moving things in storage. I put my thumb in my pocket and ouch! Bloody thumb 🩸 😅

Yeah I like the Ruike P801 it's my favorite budget knife too I like that sandvix steel blade I even put some skateboard tape on the show side of it and I love it! I was looking at this one but I thought it was titanium when I seen it steel and think I'll pass but it's pretty cool..

Just got my P662-b. What a great little knife with that upgraded 14 Sandvik blade. The could have lightened the liners a touch but that’s a quibble. Re your knife, do people really like temperature sensitive slippery metal handles as opposed to nice micarta or even G10? If this thing had that I would get this.

Sometimes, more people would like it with micarta but the price would go up, i personally love titanium raw

I'm highly impressed with my first ruike p801 & I'm planning to get another ruike, probably p108 or p135 or p128. Which one would be toughest among the three, esp between p108 & p135? Also which one would you pick provided they were at the exact same price?

Oh&I got a super edge on an old CaseXX 2 bladed foldin 4" pocket knife my Dad bought in the late 70s early 80s. Anyway..watchin how you sharpen helped me so thanks!!

Will be interesting to see how the review goes. Not sure why you would put Flytanium scales on then do the first impression? I need to get the 801 always mean to but something else catches my eye
