Your hands and feet get cold sometimes because they're the furthers parts from your heart and aren't surrounded by a lot of muscle mass, so they rely on blood flow to keep warm. Your body prioritizes keeping your torso area, where the organs are, warm first, so your hands and feet are left to get cold sometimes. Warming them will contribute a lot to a general feeling of warmth. Relaxation practices, which activate the parasympathetic nervous system and redirects blood flow in the body, will help fix this in the long run. Examples include Tai Chi/Qi Gong, meditation, and breathing exercises like the Box Breathing Method and the 4-7-8 breathing method (you can find youtube videos that help you do them for like 5 min easily). For short term, you can wear socks and use hand warmers to help. I don't have hand warmers, so sometimes I just run my hand through really warm water until I feel better. I researched this topic for weeks, and practiced it myself, to learn all of this. Hope it helps! EDIT: I should add that the breathing exercises help specifically because they slow down the exhalation part of breathing, which is what activates the parasympathetic nervous system more.

i have alot of questions i want to ask you. but the question i want to ask is what i can do to become better at ball. i have been playing ball for quite a while now (about 60 hours ik its not that much) but only during quick play matches because im to scared to enter ranked yet. im a tank main and really enjoy balls play style. i do know how to play with some of the other tanks but everytime i play overwatch its mostly just me enjoying the crap out of that hamster. i really wanna learn how to move ball like. any pointers you could give me?

start practicing shit in a solo lobby on random maps and just have fun. then you can transfer the skill to your subconscious and then learn how to make plays
