Mam , my mom is suffering from uterus prolapse.. and her almost uterus has come out. Did she need to undergo the operation? She has bleeding as well twice only and had medicine but now it's better.

Use only one tablespoon oil or ghee every day. Try to leave wheat and rice. Use millets jwar corn in your diet. Soak for 12 hrs then in morning grind in mixer. Cook with 10 times water and eat with dal vegetables or curd. Automatically your breast size will become less.

Can you please suggest a remedy for severe adhesions due to endometriosis. It ruins the quality of life and have been unable to do even the simplest form of exercise like sitting down or bending for several years now. I really would appreciate if I get some help. Thanks

Kindly suggest exercise for women who have gone through hystrectomy. I had my surgery last year for removing uterus and one ovary. Post surgery l ve gained 15kgs and tummy fat too. Also waistline increase. Can you suggest diet for us

Mam after delivery i feel pain in my lower cervix doctor stated that it s completely normal....i feel i got weak from my lower body can u suggest exercise for that...also please do something for my spondolysis...neck pain excersice

People with PCOS can have obesity and diabetes, so 5 serves of vegetables per day and 30 min walk(moderate intensity)

Mam I am bleeding from past 2 and half month. I did my DMC in April may be they're not clean my uterus wall properly (now everything commercial), So I am bleeding again or is it its natural I just touched to 50yrs. I love to play tennis n exercise, but I stopped exercise but very slow moments tennis I am playing. What activity I should do n what treatment I should go for pls suggest URGENTLY.
