1. sit down in chair and stand up 2. sqats with knees out near chair - slow down quick up 3. For tech neck posture reversal - open fingers and hands wide bend down chest toward floor legs away 4. sleep on stomach then hold legs of chair and scroll near chair move up straight upper body 5. legs on chair and hands in floor .....walk if possible chawl a little

When we r going to office it involves walking from home to bus stop or station , at least to the parking area, some movement like climbing starirs is involved, but not in WFH, SO THERE IS A NEED FOR CONSIOUS EFFORTS...

Hii....I. m really impressed by the way u teach yoga mam.....I hv really started believing that yoga is not a boring routine but with correct posture like butts in,inner thighs in ,outer thighs stretch out,chest lifted 😀as u always mention in ur videos,it can give a huge benefit in weight loss which I need.....but I hv this problem in my throat n ears as the climate n pressure changes they began to trouble me as in they started paining and cough accumulates too fast....so can u pls make a video on how to treat them thru diet n excercise...I would be grateful. Hi Rutuja I suffer from stiff back, spinal disc bulge , hip pain weak nerves I try to be active but I m not able to do certain movements esp bending movements on the floor hip raises effectively how to start them slow and improvise...add need to lose weight high time wfh home and long hours add to challenges
