That is called Fullbring Shikai, a form that combined Ichigo’s soul reaper power and Fullbring power together, it is way stronger than his old Shikai and because Fullbring power also included Ichigo’s hollow power. There is no need for Ichigo to pull the mask any more. You can think him as he always have the mask buff now

Based on the novel content, current Kenpachi’s power is already equal or stronger than the full hollowfication form Ichigo used to defeat Ulquiorra. That is why he could take enemy so easy. That power Ichigo used in that time is already kind of outdated at current time.

Currently all Captains and Lieutenants are way stronger than the time they battled Aizen, and the difference between them and Fullbringers is all though most Fullbringers has great ability, they didn’t spend enough time to training and engage in real battle, they are outlaws try to survive while Soul Society Captains exist to fight and keep improving. The one actually has enough real battle experience is Ginjo, and Tsukishima properly as well.

He would be really strong lol. Would be in the conversation of the strongest in the verse potentially but that's just a what if. Nonetheless Ginjo as a character was really well written and he's pretty dope!!

Speaking of Ichigo's sisters we hoped Karin popped off and had a moment lol. Her shooting arrows out of no where would've been crazy but we feel like the time and place for that has passed. we are in the end game now lol.
