I absolutely love my Mineral Camo controller for that blue pop, but I am not a fan of the textured overwrap around the face and sides of the controller. Is the Stormcloud Vapor closer to that style, or rougher in texture like standard controllers?

The texture on the Stormcloud is like the standard controllers. Rough on the back (not just thew grips). Never noticed the Mineral Camo was smooth. That's a neat point!

Can you use the controller get the background and return it? Or do you only have it when you play with the controller?

That’s a great question - I think once the background is set you’re good BUT I need to go back and look at that console to see.
