My dog was hesitant at first but got the hang of it on his first boat ride. One of his earliest we hit a stump in the swamp and he went flying out …swam right back to boat. My friend with boat usually drives while I sit down in the boat holding on my dog anyway. Plus my dog is a big lap baby anyway so he wants to be there

As a southeast Alaskan that travels through a lot of waves, and does a lot of miles in a boat, both for duckhunting and recreation, I’m gonna give a spot towards the middle of the boat for my dog from here on out. That’s a tragic story.!
