Zak G Knowing it is Haram and allowing it does not make it Kufr Akbar. Istihlaal is believing that something that Allah made impermissible is permissible in Islam. So as long as they don’t believe it is Islamically permissible they are not apostates but rather they are wrong doers and oppressors.

Zak G they are leaning on a weak hadith. may Allah guide them. They lean on the hadith of Hicham bin Hujaajr. Where he narrates kufr duna kufr. Hicham is weak. First evidence that hichaam bin hujaajr is weak. 1. Abdullaah bin Ahmad said: "I asked Yahya about Hishaam bin Hujayr and he weakened him very much". [See al-'Ilal wa ma'rifat ar-Rijaal, volume 2/30] 2. And he also said: "I heard my father [Imaam Ahmadj say: 'Hishaam bin Hujayr is a Makki, and he is weak in hadeeth'" [See: Ibid, volume 1/204] And also, al-'Uqayli recalled him in ad-Du'afaa'.

Mustafa R leaders are not muslim when they rule with other then the shariah. All the hadith’s about kufr duna kufr are weak. 1. Abdullaah bin Ahmad said: "I asked Yahya about Hishaam bin Hujayr and he weakened him very much". [See al-'Ilal wa ma'rifat ar-Rijaal, volume 2/30] 2. And he also said: "I heard my father [Imaam Ahmadj say: 'Hishaam bin Hujayr is a Makki, and he is weak in hadeeth'" [See: Ibid, volume 1/204] And also, al-'Uqayli recalled him in ad-Du'afaa'.

Mustafa R ? I am saying that Imam Ahmad declared those hadith weak. And many others. Ibn taymiyah said the same as me. Whoever abondons the shariah and seeks another is a disbeliever. He said that in a fatwa. The point is that i gave evidencd from Imam Ahmad that those hadith are weak about kufr duna kufr.

@@nabilc1667 Imam Ahmed himself stated it is Kufr Duna Kufr. And so did Sheikh ul Islam. The Khawarij were the ones using it to declare sinners as Kuffar. You're on the way of the Khawarij if that's what you believe even if you call yourself a Sunni. I can give you references but it's best you look into it yourself.
