What is the ruling on delaying salat isha for men and women?

Salam Aleykom wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh, Just to clarify *midnight ≠ 00 : 00* , *rather midnight = half of the night* And half of the night is calculated as follows : *Number of hours between time of maghrib and fajr prayer divided by 2* So for exemple, if there is 10 hours between maghrib and fajr prayer, then the last time to pray isha is 5 hours after maghrib prayer. And Allah Knows best.

Yes I agree the Islamic midnight is different from the universal midnight and it is important to know this as some Muslims may delay Isha just until 12 am when the Islamic midnight could've end much before

Midnight is the middle time of mughrib and fajar, according to islamqa, so midnight keeps changing

Esselamu aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakathu, For example Maghrib begins around 21:50 p.m. and fajr is around 3:35 AM. Is the calculation right: Around 5 hours in between divided by two, 2,5 hours so I need to pray isha until 00:20 am i right? JazakAllahu Khairan

I think when I was writing the subtitles I clicked "t" but my finger was closed to the "r" so it imputed that instead
