I will be making this tonight. Here are a couple of questions: What oil are you using? Did you roast the cashews before making the cashew paste?

If you want an exceptional taste in food just Use RBD oil ( Refined bleached deodorized oil) which is not so expensive and to make kaju paste just boil them in water first and then make a paste

I just soak the cashew in warm water for 10 mins and grind it. No need to boil cashews in water.
