If you are trying this choreography , focus on the pointing of the foot, it is the extension and arch that make the delayed walk so pretty, notice how far her high heel is off of the floor. Valeria has trained her feet extensively, it is why she looks so lovely and she works it , this is what you came to see, my legs and my feet opening and quickly closing , swivels & twists, her body language says No, Maybe, Maybe Yes.
