ACL recoveries aren't too bad to recover from, also helps his wife went through an ACL reconstruction also so he's in overall good hands. There's a chance he makes it back for a playoff push late in the season.

what is a better idea? having two good players or one? 1. Trade away your first round draft pick for one star player or 2. Sign via FA one star player *AND* draft a player with your first round pick. that's what the Eagles do. Learn from them. They are the best front office in pro sports. They signed Barkely AND they drafted Quinyon Mitchell. They did BOTH things. And they could do both things because they didnt just trade away with their late first round pick. Washington has to go to the long route if they're ever going to catch philly and this past sunday proves they're not even in philly's league. Dont waste a top draft pick just to sign ONE guy.

I'll say we are closer than most think , remember jayden was a rookie . With the vr system and his work ethic. He had the unprecedented all time rookie year . What that could mean is next year he could put up numbers we never seen with efficiency . As a rookie he didn't punt in 3 games. Give him a running game and a average defense with maybe another outside playmaker and it's ball game. Next year he is on an MVP trajectory. He can pass and run. And technically no defense can stop him. The PHI defense which is the best gave up 300 yds he was on track for 400 yds. His teammates let him down. Get the defense to be 10 to 15 again but more balanced meaning not 3rd against the pass and 32nd against the run more 13 and 13 and we are ready to steamroll . Imagine if he a running back consistently get 75 yds a game maybe 25 to 35 yds a game in the air. That's what we need the most. It makes covering us impossible and terry have more room to operate etc . Don't be surprised too if the eagles lose key pieces big contracts are coming up for them . Since they payed jalen hurts .

In regards to Sam Cosmi. You can’t proceed to surgery till swelling has dissipated. Also can’t travel after surgery and who wouldn’t want to support team on such an unexpected historic season if surgery can be delayed for few days.
