I wouldn’t say the flat back panel is modern since Apple had it basically in the beginning, but that just shows us how much Apple has fallen behind. And it’s even more embarrassing when you realize that Apple is 5 years behind on these things that they pioneered in the first place: TouchID, digital assistant(Siri), camera(zoom), 120hz, and now the ridiculous camera bump partnered with the thickest and heaviest phones. But hey at least they have Memojis..

I disagree... I got the pixel 9 for $400 and have loved it. Everything feels smooth and quick. The battery life is great because the tensor G4 is tuned to be very efficient. I've also had 0 overheating issues.

The old Samsung modem is pretty crap, drop connections on dense populated area, overheat and draining battery as crazy. Its nonstarter for any phone, rather Qualcomm and mediatek chipset than Samsung.

Sorry I'll keep my 6A for now. I don't want a Samsung chip in my next phone I'm waiting for pixels to move over they're Manufacturing over to tmsc. As they produce a better processor. They produce chips for major players such as AMD Intel Qualcomm Apple. So we're bound to get a better processor so I'll be waiting till the spring of 2026 I'm fine with that

Nah it is OK. The problem us that Google/Samsung still charge SD money for these. This is even worse with Tensor that is based on 1-2 year old Exynos and not the latest one

Design is getting worse with every Pixel. The camera visor is shrinking to a pill. The wraparound visor of Pixel 7 was peak Pixel design.
