My dad’s unfulfilled dream in life was to own a horse ranch, like yours. He had a special way with all animals, especially horses. It just didn’t work out for our family. His favorite breed was the Clydesdale! He passed four years ago, so watching Nattie and Oliver gives me warm memories of my father! Thank you for sharing! Her form is gorgeous!! Nattie brings a smile to my face every time. Love hearing her galloping of the hooves as she runs around and her voice. She looks so much better with all of the brushing on her mane, tail, and body. Like to see the mane bouncing as she gallops too.

She wants company, not only is she hanging near any human nearby, she is calling out for a herd. I can't wait until she gets to meet the other horses and make friends! I agree that her active flexibility really points out how sick Oliver was when you got him. And how far he has come, and how gorgeous and fit he is now. ❤️ I completely get why her introduction to Oliver will be delayed for a while, and that they will not just be pastured together. Would also love to see some more pictures of Nattie and Rebecca, she seemed to make such an instant connection with her at the auction. I am so glad that you got this lovely girl, and it really was such a miracle that you did, that she got to come to your family. I love that you are keeping her name.

Comparing Nattie and Oliver at the time of both coming to your farm is night and day. It shows how sick Oliver was and how close to death he was. Nattie has a beautiful gallop and trot. She holds her head high and is very interested in everything around her. Oliver is a quieter horse and maybe that is because he was so sick. It is great to see a happy horse that gives you the spirit to be happy too.
