Run The Jewels 3...one word...wow. RTJ3 does not have a single flaw. At least we couldn't find any on first listen. This album does not miss a single beat. From start to finish Killer Mike and El-P go back and forth with a cadence and synergy like no other today. RTJ3 is arguably one of the best hiphop albums of the year. Production wise, El-P shows us exactly why he's one of the most valued producers in the game. He's ability to create intelligent instrumentation put's them both in a position to flow over these beats with effortless smoothness. An extremely energetic engaging listening experience is created when duo's go back and forth like this. RTJ cover very meaningful themes and topics on death, race and the current state of politics. Their ability to creatively cover these topics with depth and respect sets them apart. More could be said. But we want to get back to the album. What a great way to finish 2016. Thank you Run The Jewels. Thank you for fucking up our top 10 lists with this beast of an album.
Jungle Beat’s Radio aspires to be Australia’s plug to the best most prolific and unique hiphop artists in the world. @AlexanderMann & @AlexSandalis host one of Melbourne’s few, and best HipHop radio shows. JBR is purely about creatively sharing our love for music and hiphop with energy, positivity and passion. We started this in 2015 with a live weekly 1 hour hiphop show on a radio station in Melbourne. In August 2016 we decided to create Jungle Beats Radio. To us, Australia doesn't have a strong hiphop identity within culture. Who do you think of when you think hiphop in Australia? Most think of 99 people OUTSIDE of this very country. Maybe we can change that in some small way to push it forward. This endeavor through radio and music is not what either of us focus the majority of our time on. Working on Jungle Beats Radio is side hustle of ours. Even though it takes up a lot of our time no one pays us for it. So it’s not going to be perfect. It’s gonna be messy, haphazard and we’re gonna fuck up. But that’s music and we love it. Thank you for supporting us. You can follow us here:

"These guys have got a lot a of talent and potential..." Potential? You're talking about them as if they're these unknown up and coming rappers. EL-P and Killer Mike were already highly respected and revered artists in the underground community before Run The Jewels even started. Particularly EL-P for his producing chops. Anyways, rad video! I freaked out when I heard the Zach De La Rocha surprise feature.

I wasn't as familiar with them as many like yourself are. I meant that statement coming from the mainstream type appeal. But I didn't realize how repsected they were before they formed RTJ that's pretty interesting. Appreciaet you watching Perrin.

Jungle Beats Radio definatly check out Funcrusher Plus by Company Flow. Very influential, El-P has been pushing the boundaries of hip hop production for 20 years. "Vital Nerve" "Krazy Kings" and "8 steps to perfection" are the standout tracks on that album.

Mate, you have no idea how happy I am I found this channel. Pure accident, as well. I was just going on a little tour of KZbin, and I found the Pink Season album reaction, and then I found this and... Jesus, man. I've always liked rap and hip-hop, but I never really considered it my favourite genre of music. Now, after this, I have a new favourite album I would have never found before. Just, wow man. Fucking love this, and the journey of discovery I'm going on. Keep it up, you crazy bastards!

Zack de la Rocha fronted the "nu metal" band called Rage Against The Machine. To me it's the best thing to come out of the nu metal craze. They superbly intertwined rapping and metal instrumentals. Zack has appeared on RTJ2; on "Close Your Eyes(And Count To F**k)." He also dropped a solo track called "Digging For Windows", produced by El-P. It's a good gateway to get a better feel for his flow and style of lyricism. Much love from Romania mates.

One of the few reactions that truly appreciate Thursdays in the Danger Room the way it should be appreciated, so many other ones sadly didn't listen to the lyrics as much while they're such incredible verses. El's verse hits hard, not uncommon to lose someone that way and some of the thoughts and guilts that come along with those thoughts are put so well.
