love the fact that BOZ is bringing back the real ORGINAL concept of being good at everything. Even with teams, "you cannot have a weak link, you have too be well rounded, you HAVE TO BE CrossFit" love it

This wall-facing deficit HSPU was my favorite addition to the games in years. It re-sets the stage with virtuosity at the focus for increasing the skill, strength and coordination that will enable progress of future iterations of HSPU (i.e., freestanding, freestanding deficit, freestanding parallettes, rings etc). It brings in the methods from acrobats, gymnasts, breakdancers etc… This helps improve and better athletes as opposed to just "upping" the rep counts while people bounce off of their heads.

Damn I really love crossfit. I had to take from mid October to the end of January off from the gym do to illness. I kept my cardio up during that time and did what I could at home. It felt like hell every day not going to the gym, it felt like I was missing out on battle and all I wanted was blood. Now that I am back in the gym the first thing I did was the 55's workout ''Katrin Davidsdottir vs. Sara Sigmundsdottir - Open Announcement 16.4'', with a variation as I can not do headstand pushups, so I did dumbell clean jerks instead and lower weight. After I was done and I came in at 13:56 for my completion I felt a weight lifted. Mentally I felt like I was reborn, it's the same every time I finish a grinder. That's just proof that we are meant to work hard and punish ourselves physically and persevere. Crossfit and healthy eating saved my life.
