Benny is a hell of a man. If you get bad enough you eventually become really good as a person. He was a ferocious fighter and such a decent fellow. Never met him but you can feel the man through all these videos

Hey Sensei, do a video on nutrition and what Senei Benny taught you. That would be great. Hard to do anything without a proper diet. Thx!

Your sensei is a true inspiration and martial artist. I was hoping to train with him some day, but this silly lock down makes things more difficult. One day, God willing...

Highly Motivational! Very much! I envy you. Actually I feel great doing warmups & stretching with you on my Total GYM. I'll add changes you made in foot work to mine. I walk 1.75 miles a day for Heart problems. 5 miles would be a stroke/heart attack for me .

This is great!! Tell Benny to think about running on the grass if that pavement (?) starts hurting him If it's dirt, then keep on keepin' on! Thanks! PS I've been running longer than the Jet. Yeah, it's my identity too. I've noticed that a lot of people say how motivational this is. Honestly, in my opinion, that will get you about 100 yards down the trail. The rest is from within though running with others does help. I've run alone 99.9% of the time. It's my moving meditation.
