Speaking for myself I’m not that fast. I’d say around 12 minute mile first half and maybe a little slower second. We started in corral D. We def finished close to the end though. Balloon ladies less than a mile behind us. -Jackey

The beginning makes me laugh. It's so funny how subdued. I was there sitting on the ground while they filmed. I had had enough at that point and just wanted it over. Laura gets so much credit getting all the footage because I know I had mentally checked out. By mile 3 it all started to change. And ended up the best race ever! -jackey

We did a run/walk combo. But I'd say ran majority of first half except when stopping for characters, photos with mile markers and riding Everest. We wanted to get a good cushion.

Nope, no qualifications necessary for runDisney races, you just need to register! Having a proof of time is great, though, for getting a better corral placement. You can find out more about that on the runDisney website! rundisney.com

I did the Goofy Challenge this year. Already planning for Goofy's Challenge 2020 and Dopey Challenge 2023. Both have anniversary medals. As the 25th marathon medal said "If you can dream it, you can do it". Can't wait. Disney run are fun.
