Sometimes i wish the real world pregnancy and delivery is as simple as the one in this game (or harvest moon and story of seasons) I mean... it doesn’t seems scary or hurt at all... she just delivered a baby and she walked all around town! Not to mention she didn’t gain any weight at all during pregnancy... (that’s the most important part)

There are 6 Rune Factory games (1-3 is on the DS, 4 is on the 3DS, Frontier is on the Wii, and Tides of Destiny is on Wii and PS3). It's a separate series from Harvest Moon, though. I think the first game was labeled "a fantasy Harvest Moon" but the games haven't been labeled that since then.
