Honestly if someone would have just said there was a config. in RL OSRS that you can turn on highlights for R'D I would have done along time ago. LVL 118 still don't know thieving.

Thanks man! It’s the Tile Markers plugin on Runelite. If you head over to the discord and got to the useful-content channel you can copy the tile markers for Rogues Den and import them straight into your Runelite

The markers are a runelite plugin and the run time is another plugin called 'Run Energy' you just toggle it to be time
