Technically the LSPD (Or in this case Grupe-6, which was hired by LSPD to handle riots*) uses the RCV to some extent, being seen during the Doomsday Heist prep. missions. But if we were to consider all vehicles, it would take quite a while, for example, these were used by a Law Enforcement or Government agency (or at least presumed to be used): Chevlon Fugitive (IAA & FIB) Buzzard (IAA & FIB) Buzzard Attack Chopper (IAA) Tula (NOOSE logo) Canis Freecrawler (Lifeguard logo) Lifeguard Granger (Lifeguard) Prision Bus (SASPA) Lifeguard Blazer (Lifeguard) And the list goes on....

The lifeguard is actual a fire department vehicle, in IRL and in game if you look closely enough you can see the LSFD logo on the suv

actually i’m pretty sure the fib crown vic is the rarest as it only spawns at 3 am on a certain spot and you gotta get really lucky

no its the police buffalo in story mode. it only very rarely spawns near the mission row station on patrol

You are all wrong. In online, the rarest police vehicle is the LSPD Buffalo, as it literally doesn’t spawn at all, not even in one mission. For story mode, the rarest police vehicle is the FIB Unmarked Buffalo (except on PS3 & 360), as there aren’t any spawn locations for this. Like I said though, on PS3 and 360 it isn’t as rare because there is a guaranteed spawn location for it in single player.

Would not recommend the Impaler SZ Cruiser. I have the Termius, Dorado, Gauntlet, D10, Stanier, and Greenwood. Don't get the undercover Stanier because you can make the regular Stanier unmarked. Idk what you already have though. All the information I have on the Caracara says it's solid too, but I don't own it yet.

You can find the NPC police stanier in online. Just get a wanted level and then go to a police or sheriff station and it should spawn there.

The FIB granger and the FIB buffalo we're two cars I was expecting to be copy/pasted into the game as part of this DLC. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. Hell, I would've taken an FIB granger that was Un customizable and a peguses car over the boat.
