RUNNING A TACO STAND FOR A DAY!

We made tacos for over a 100 people! Running a taco stand for a party was a new experience for both of us and it was a lot of fun. We had to cook all of the taco meats ( carne asada, al pastor, chicken, and chorizo) as well as fresh handmade tortillas for a party. We served tacos and quesadillas to all of the people and got to learn a lot behind what it takes to cook for a large amount of people. What's the location 95° and rain? Sounds like the south? I'm in California (Bay Areas) so our summers are hot and dry and winter are cold and wet. (Mideterenan Climate)

Not bad, for being inexperienced in the field. You guys did great! Everything looked good only thing I always suggest while cooking for many is; mask and hair nets that way when people complain about hair you can confidently say you tried to prevent that situation.
