Backstab connections are not just for professional. Literally anyone can use them . They are just there for quicker connections so you don't have to loop around the screw.

You don't need to be a pro to figure out the back clamps on the GFCI. They're probably even easier for DIYers. And there's a difference between those and "back stab" connections.
