Seriously the best dance teaching I have ever seen can't believe how easy you make it because you give the steps a pattern in our head we can remember rather than just muscle memory. Thanks man.

Thank you for these invaluable tips and tutorials so people like me can mark them off their " bucket list." I think the hardest shuffle I ever learned was the" cat shuffle." It's where you are trying to feed 3 cats in the morning and every single one of them are in between your legs as you try to walk 😅😂😊. Thanks again. I so appreciate the breakdown of steps!😊 I hope you continue putting out more of your dance step tutorials!!!

You sir are amazing. I have been trying to do the Running Man. All the videos I have seen have failed because the steps are too pronounced so you end up falling around like a new born baby giraffe. I am also learning salsa and discovered the same problem but when you actually do the steps they just flow without all the stiffness and over effort. As soon as I saw you do the running man for real I applied the same principle and within 20 seconds I was doing it without even thinking about the steps. Great, clear and crisp instructions thank you. Oh and for all you oldies out there: Yes you can do it! I am approaching 74 and getting it down with the shuffle dance and salsa.

I appreciate your post was a year ago. Don´t over think the steps. When you put each alternate foot forward just drag it back and repeat, don´t worry the penny will suddenly drop. I see in a lot of videos that they emphasise putting the foot too far behind you and bending the leg on the hop move. You do not put your foot right back and bring it to the one leg standing position you just put it slightly behind the other foot and repeat as if you are actually running but bending the knee a little higher, it helps if you move your arms as if you are running then you will hit the rhythm. Don´t give up.
