running my first marathon || recap

It's already been a few months since I ran my first ever marathon, but all the details are still fresh in my mind so enjoy this ultimate marathon recap video! I'll be going over my training, the hardships, my fueling strategy, what went wrong, and some of my favorite moments from race day. I can't wait to run my next one :)
Also! I've been hard at work this summer at my internship, so that's why content has seemed to slow a bit. But in a few weeks I'll be back at school (already my senior year in chemical engineering-- crazy) and my normal academic vlogs will resume!

Great job! The marathon is so tough. I ran my first marathon last year and had a similar experience. Managed to finish in just over 5 hours. I wasnt super happy with the time but that means there’s so much room for improvement! That’s what I keep telling myself lol.

Just finished my first marathon and I feel like we had a very very similar experience. Just a rough go all together and ultimately finished. But not the way I wanted to. I’m equally happy and pleased of my effort while at the same time very hungry for more! Cheers!

Congrats -- Have my 4th marathon scheduled for 2/4/24 --- done a couple of halfs and did the Rocky's Run 10 miles virtually last weekend

Excellent running. Good luck with the future goals. I had runner's knee a while back. It wasn't much fun but these things are sent to try us 😅
