I’ve been running in pre-owned shoes for years, including some of the top racing shoes out there (Alphafly, Takumi Sen). I never spend more than £50/$60, and in fact most of them considerably less than that. Prevents them going to landfill so soon, which is my main motivation, and I’m not contributing as heavily to the overconsumption in the running shoe space. Great vid!

100% I feel the same way. Glad to know there are more people taking advantage of this side of the market. Let’s start a movement 😊

I always look on Amazon for last years model and I generally end up spending between 60-$80. I’m wearing the altra paradigm 6 now and I got them for $80 and love them!

Earned a sub from me. I am curious tho, what do you do to disinfect them?

Thanks man. I honestly don’t. I wear socks with my running shoes, so I haven’t felt the need to do so. If they were really dirty, I’d soak them overnight in powdered tide and warm water and hang them to dry. That’s what I do with my shoes when they start to smell bad. I’m typically able to get a pair of shoes that’s in like new condition, that’s the best part.
