As a veteran runner / poo’er I know the anxiety that brings. I remember many a run coming home with one sock as I said goodbye to the other one in what, I can only imagine, is an awful way for a sock to finish its useful life. Surprisingly difficult not to do it inside your pulled down shorts as you squat. Bravo.

Well done MARM I was a marshal just after mile 7 and mile 20. I gave you a cheer and took your pic. I would have running it but had an injury. Great running in the heat! We’ve all had those poop moments shooting over a gate 😂 I had it happen when training around that way, running with a radio presenter, fortunately she didn’t tell everyone on the breakfast show about my pit stop 😂
