No lie I've been saying this for years. In society the sad thing is people project their frailties, insecurity, lack of effort, belief & determination on others. T.O. could have been in the league over the past several years. I wonder if people realize on every roster year after year there's guys only get 200, 300 yards a season. T.O. is better than that even after 40 yrs old.

Terrell deserves to be the one HOF that gets his wings temporarily held in heaven to take one last run on the field.. no Angel has stayed in the kind of shape T.O has over the years as he was pushed out of the league..... sent to buffalo to DIE... but still dominated... he will always have the best Superbowl return story and known for trolling the media while never taking a play off..

@doubleogbaby64973 жыл бұрын
I would love to see him play too. In reality, he is 46 years old though. He could no doubt still go out on an NFL field today and look like he belongs. I think where the difference is now is after a certain age the wear and tear of a 16-18 game NFL season becomes a lot harder to manage. You don’t recover as well as you age. He would have to be managed well by the team to make it though. I’ll never doubt TO, 3rd best WR of all time. I just think in your mid 40s, even in top condition, it would tough to play a season in the NFL.

I think he could've kept playing had he converted to the TE position. A tad bit more weight (he was already 223lbs at 6'3") so another 10lbs wouldn't have hurt him with the way he trains! He would've been more of a Flex TE not needed to block, but bust coverages, exploit zone coverage weaknesses, get mismatches in terms of size, he's still bigger than most DBs today as far as height and definitely weight. He also matches up well with LBs in terms of weight if he was to put on 10lbs of muscle but even at 223lbs he's OK as most teams have converted to smaller more agile LBS since the League is pass happy. Now in terms of speed, he's still a bit faster than most DBs today and definitely faster than almost all LBs playing today, and finally to spread things out on the defense which would definitely benefit someone's run game as teams would back off a bit and unload the box. He's just to gifted even at his age now not to be playing on some team in that role or capacity! If fucking Tim Tebow can do it I'm damn sure TO could've or still can tbh imho! I also think and see in his older age he's not on that "RAH RAH" shit anymore. I loved old TO tbh and his antics were the talk and all the raves at the time but it's refreshing to see that he still holds the humor but in a more controlled and mature way!
