Gulf Blvd cruise! Lived there for 12 years. Further down the west coast by Venice/Nokomis Beach you can walk along and pick up sharks teeth. We were there a few weeks ago and grabbed 30+ just walking along. Retiring down that way in the next couple years.

Love that area. Had friends in Indian rocks beach and ran along there. I didn't cope well with the humidity though as it was around 80F when I was there 😂

The beaches look really beautiful. I used to live in Corpus Christi and it would be so cold and windy like that in the winter. Even 60 degrees at the beach was freezing 🥶!! Good luck on you race. Looking forward to seeing your race Vlog.

Aww man. I’m sorry it was so cold on your beach vacation. I guess it’s good that you came from a cold weather city so you had winter jackets with you. Once we drove from S. Florida to Orlando to go to Disney and we had to buy sweatshirts from the gift store at a rest stop along the Turnpike because it was cold up there. I hope your kids get to go in the ocean.

We're from Michigan but wintering about 60 miles south of where you were. I am loving the cooler temps for morning runs. Completely the opposite of when we arrived in December, making running a death march. MANY MANY more shark's teeth down by Venice.
