I live in largo! Right beside the largo central part and i didnt even know it had ALL that stuff!!! Im excited to go check it out! I have also been wanting to go to the botanical gardens for awhile now. I dont know why i havent been outside to enjoy all this beauty but depression makes you like that unfortunately.

Largo is a great place !👍😉Taylor Park on 8th Ave., and Largo Nature Preserve just south of East Bay Dr. on Highland Ave. are also great places.

I love the Botanical Garden anytime of the year but its probably the nicest in April and May. December is also a good time to visit with all the lights. Also Largo Central Park is amazing in December with all the Christmas trees and lights. They even have rides for the kids.

I lived in Largo almost all my life, the Coffee Mill is about a 5-minute drive at most from where I used to live!

We were really surprised by largo. The botanical gardens was one of the most impressive free things that we've ever experienced in Florida. And they have some really good budget friendly restaurants as well.

Seems like the perfect day! I really loved the nature stops you made - and that petting zoo, goat yoga and nature walks looked like something we would enjoy too. It was definitely a nice change of pace from our normal beach days. We normally do find beaches to be really relaxing, but being around animals and out in nature is a really good stress reliever too. And we're all about trying to make videos in low stress environments!

That donut looks amazing! My dad lived 3/4 a yr in Largo Florida and sweared it was Paradise!!! Bought a unit in a nice private gated community of modular homes becoming THE Shuffleboard King from Ohio!

We love finding little coffee shops like the one that you found at the beginning of the video :) Nothing like delicious food, good coffee, and a cute, cozy environment to start the day! Loved the cute little farm too! The mini horse and the bunnies were adorable. You can tell how much a natural Skyler is with all of the animals. He definitely grew up on a farm! That restaurant you went to for dinner sounded like it awesome deal. It's hard to find any beers in the US for $2.50, let alone a delicious craft beer!

Skylar is definitely in a natural with farm animals, we'd probably be living on a farm with 10 donkeys right now if it was up to him 😂

Wow this video was a lot less beaches and full on different kinds of animals. The turtles and bunnys were cute and I think i have seen that goat yoga over here. Just wait for my video next week and you'll see butterfly galore... since you didn't see any here. I went to a green house and there were hundreds. Your food spots looked great and just loved all those seafood meals you tried. The 35 dollar special was a great price for what you got too. Not sure I'm too into sour beers... after a sip of the first one i probably wouldn't have gone any further...lol. Yeah, it's always fun to switch it up once in a while, and we always love visiting animal sanctuaries. We really had no ideal that this city had so much cool stuff to do, but after a few people had recommended that we go make a video on it, we decided we better check it out. Looking forward to seeing seeing the butterflies. We've actually been to a couple butterfly gardens recently that had no butterflies. Must just not be butterfly season!

How is the drive from largo to Clearwater/Indian rocks beach? Is it a long drive because of traffic ?

Hi Bri. It really depends on the time of day and day of the week. On a normal weekday you can often make the drive in 20 minutes, but on a weekend it could easily take you twice that long, maybe longer.

Greetings Ya'll, just saw your video this morning and thanks for the tips about Largo. We will be staying in Largo for it is a great central location. Close to Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete & St. Pete Beach too! This will be our second trip to the area. Looking for some recommendations on water views dining (Sunset maybe, too). We know of some, Frenchy's Rockaway Grill, just north of Pier 60. Also Backwater Grill & Traven on Sand Key. Great bay views. Any other that you would recommend. Thank You!! We also enjoyed Boulevard Burgers and Tap House on St. Pete Beach. We are looking forward to doing our own craft beer tour in St. Pete along Central Ave area. Great decision, Clark. Largo really is a great central location. Yes, Frenchy's is a great spot for waterfront dining, as is Palm Pavilion (also right next to Frenchy's). We recently had a good water-front meal at Mangos in North Redington Beach. Pass A Grille has a couple good spots in the Hurricane and the Brass Monkey. If you want an actual toes in the sand experience, then Bongos in St. Pete Beach is a great spot. For more casual dining, we enjoy the Dolphin Bar on St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach Snack Shack.
