Thank you Chad!!! My buddy Nathan ran most of the course and took footage. Also, there is a short bit of of a guy from San Francisco filming me. He also made a video so we offered to film each other for a sec.

Thank you! Such a cool town. My buddy ran into Seth at the start line. He was doing some shooting and ran a bunch of the course. I saw Courtney Dauwalter at the finish. Pretty cool!

I ran the Leadville Heavy Half this past Saturday. Completly snow in!!! They prevented us from going all the way to the top of Mosquiton pass becuase of the snow. So interesting to see the difference in weather. #mountaineunning

Congrats! My wife did the heavy half last year and loved it. Sorry you couldn't go all the way to the top of Mosquito Pass, though. Still, a beautiful race!

Great job! You looked strong running! Your fiancee looked a little trashed at the end! How was her race? Congratulations!!!!

Thank you! Means a lot you watched! Loved the race and all the people there. I did the full and she did the half. She loved it but it was a rough day for sure. Either way. Great day! 👍

Congrats on your finish Cory!! I just registered for the Heavy Half yesterday. Where did you camp? My wife and I will be pulling our pop-up camper and are currently looking for a site. I'm guessing there was no power at the campsite?
@CoryGrasser Жыл бұрын
Hi Chris! Congrats on the heavy half registration. Should be another great year to race! My wife and I camped west of town on the road that leads you to the mount elbert and mount massive trailheads. Ton of dispersed camping in the woods and open field that's there. No power though unless you have a generator.

Would love to do this race! What specific training plan did you use?
@CoryGrasser2 жыл бұрын
Hi Donita! Thank you for watching and you should do it! Great race! I'll be honest I just stuck to my own plan of running about 4 to 5 times a week at different mileage and also throw in 2 days a week of bodypump les mills classes. I also do cycling, swimming, hiking, stretching, and foam rolling. Hope this helps and can't wait to see you on the trails!
