Keith - Another great video and thank you for sharing your story - you (and Cora) are an inspiration! and your words are so true and heartfelt. I used to live in the UK and spent many, many weekends in the Lakes doing lots and lots of Wainwrights (never kept count - but would not have been short of any if at all) - brings back great memories and I just love the place. I so enjoyed you two on the Pennine Way that I "tuned" in every day to get the latest episode - Was worried that I would have to go a while to get my Cora and the Explorer fix - so glad that you have picked the Wainwrights as one of your next endeavors - looking forwards to "coming along" with you both. going back on the the other videos and cranking up that 400 hours! As they say in Canada - Awesome!

Thank you Gem, I was finished at the end, but Cora was ready to go after her ice cream. losing 70lbs this year has made a real difference to my fitness. I guess taking that much weight from ur pack would feel great. Ive hikes some parts of the horse she in the past when backpacking red screes to grisedale tarn but never the full horese shoe. The early stages where a bit of a lung buster! I'm really looking forward to some Autum winter camps as the weather starts to change

Heck Keith that’s quite a goal. It looks really quiet which is surprising, was it a weekday ? I have had a serious heart attack and triple bypass and I love going out with my dog Penny, you are quiet right, you are dealt the cards you are given and I try and count my blessings 🐕🚶‍♂️‍➡️

Hi Helen, it was yesterday. It was quite early but still surprised at how quiet it was, especially on a sunny day. I there were a few people out and about but not lots. I hope ur well,With regards to health, I don't think there is any point dwelling on the negatives for too long, though sometimes unavoidable. I try to do the best with what I have and Cora always makes my day better.
