I already got three (3) full marathon finish (42.2km) under my belt and my goal is to run a marathon at least once a year. (Hopefully we get to have a marathon race this year).

Thanks po sir, malinaw ulit ang tips. Madaling maintindihan lalo na sa mga bago at kahit sa mga dati ng nakakatakbo pero di naman namin alam un tama. Tama talaga un investment sa equipment, advantage naman talaga dahil sa technology, tapos pakiramdaman talaga ang katawan, hehehe nakatakbo na ako kahapon sa treadmill via Zwift sinubukan ko medyo taas ng HR ko, hirap ako sa pacing na sinasabi ng app dapat start pala ako on my own pace gaya ng sinasabi sa 1st video mo, kaso di ko expect nabulaga ako sa Zwift. Un nutrition naman tama din un as a chef talagang malaking bagay ang nagagawa ng nutrition sa recovery. Idol salamat ulit God Bless

Kuya pag magpapalakas ng stamina. Slow o fast jog?

Slow po.... Aerobic base muna ang kelangang ma-improve. Low intensity high volume, meaning mabagal na takbo pero matagal po. Lalakas ang stamina mo pag nasanay ka sa ganon.

Idol...if im going to run for half marathon, do i have to practice by running that distance prior to the event? Balak ko kasi mag half marathon muna ako...someday magfull marathon na...

Sir, di po ako expert sa running I will just share my ideas based on what I learned and based on my experience. To answer your question po, you don't need to run the full distance (21k) in your training. Instead, you should slowly increase your long runs up to 15k - 18k in your last 3 weeks of training. Don't over train. Much better po na under trained and fresh kayo sa raceday kesa overtrained. I hope I somehow helped sir. I am still learning everyday. Let's learn from each other po!
