I'll admit to nearly bypassing this, as I could barely tolerate the original, but I should have known better. Your voice transforms this, Vicky, being far fuller and richer than Kate's, and I love your version! To say I prefer it over the original is a huge understatement. The way in which you have transformed this with your tonal quality and with a great video as well is in large part what makes you so special. You make the ordinary extraordinary, the tolerable enjoyable, and an assault on the ears into a rich and pleasing sound. And you do it without a huge team of production engineers and all the substantial resources of the top recording studios, but just a backing track or some collaborating instrumentalists. Your videos shot and edited on a phone are as good as most produced with all the backing a record company can provide, which is another immense talent that reinforces my determination to keep on supporting you in all that you do.
