Love the combo! I've got a male running buddy who wears too tight tights and it's not a pretty sight for me. Many females know their sizes, so no camel toe atrocities. How can I politely tell my friend that he's not a 1970s rock star? (I wear thick, rather loose tights).

Maybe you could try and get Kev Sinfield on your podcasts? Former Rugby League player who has raised loads of money for MND due to one of his former team mates (Rob Burrow) was diagnosed with this truely horrible illness. He recently completed 7 ultra marathons in 7 days. Massive achievement - both yours and his.
