@@TheBardQuill not in my eyes and that is why i was amazed at Wayde van Niekerk he basically sprint the whole way through with a 100 meter split time of approx. 10.84. which is fast but it won't let him win anything in any 100 meter sprint. 100 and 200 meter race are the true sprinting event that i would refer to as sprinting. Usain Bolt ran 9.58 in 100 Meter and 19.19 in 200 Meter. He was basically sprinting the whole 200 without slowing down? 19.19 divided by 2 equal 9.595 ;) This is what i called a SPRINT. Lol, 400 is cool but the 800, I ran it once, I was overtook by bored. I concluded the 800 is an unnecessary run around the track only to end up having a 50m sprint at the end. So I suggested we skip running the two laps and start the race at 50m with the mad sprint to the finish line. That way we get home earlier. The hardest race of them all is the 400m hurdles. Somehow adding 10 little jumps to the 400m makes this race effing murder.
