Good to see you got her running Rich. That thing is sick with the 5.9 Cummins. I'm different, so I would've built it with a 5 speed, but that's just me. I like being able to control the gears.

These are the builds more people shud get into. If you ever find an old scout that wud be cool. My gramps had a few in his arsenal along with the old broncos great vehicles. Awesome channel

They need to bring back these body styles on cars and trucks. If you take the badge off every car on the road, you couldn’t tell the difference.

I never lost a day of work to an injury either, except for hernias as well. we must have hard heads. My hernias were not that easy. Love the work you do. scrappy but beautiful!

The truck was completed about 4 years ago. We drove it to Zip Tie drags and its still on the road today. It resides in Welland Ont.

I like this thing. The different rat rod vibe and style have really grown on me. The more you spend on looks the more you're just going to worry vs enjoy the vehicle.

In doing the same thing to the shifter on my truck I have an old cultivator adjustment arm in gonna use and I want to rig the lever up to do something

thanks for the info on the hernia, i been fighting one right near the belly button. Good show and does everyone in Canada look for made in Canada? My good friend in Ontario always points out the made in Canada when ever we visit.

You should put holes in you tape measure for every mark big enough for a marker or pen... How you did it to make your line but use the end of the tape on your line and the pen will be on your measurement.

Do you have an episode with the ext. cab building? What back doors did you use? Also where in Canada are you? We are in Ontario and starting on a 1964 Transtar tractor trailer hauler put on a 2001 Ford F350 with a 7.3L.

Just FYI that “on -off” switch in the line for the trans is set way too hot. It activates at something stupid like 230 degrees. It’s a switch that turns off overdrive if your trans overheats.

Rich, use a complete hydroboost master cylinder and booster from an old Chevrolet Astro van. They are super short and compact. You'll be able to firewall mount it with room to spare.

chuckle hahaha...I start my day and do my end-of-day clean-up with my talking parrot on my shoulder....He goes in my shirt on the trip from the house to the shop twice a day....in summer he just sits on a tree all day in front of the shop.

Talking about adults using (abusing) teenagers to help lift stuff and over-exertion, I worked in a country store and had to lift everything (the owner refused to lift stuff) including 100 lb. bags of cracked corn (chick feed). Surprised I didn't develop hernias back then considering I weighed little more than the bag of feed.

All I would be thinking about is what happens when it sticks in gear and the throttle won’t return and the thing cuts a school buss in half full of First Nation folks on their way to the res. No fear of lawyers up there.
