The builder is lying they keep hiring people left and right as employees don't stay with them for long. As the employees know that the builders are using them as a shield as any customers complains they have to make excuses and after sometime they leave the job for a better one. So it continues. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM BUILDER. Even if the project is complete stay away from mafia builders as they will take ur hard earned money and run . Builders are scammers in Mumbai.

Rao Sir please study their sky green (Kandivali) project because it feels honest and neutral people like you can leave a heavy positive impact on society. How many false promises where made by the builder and what have the customers gone through after spending their hard earned money. Yes I am also the victims of their Ruparel Primero project. All the project work is stopped and they are extension pe extension. Old projects complete karane ka 8 saal se atta patta nahi and new projects pe projects launch kar rahe hai. One who will buy the flat in their new launch projects will definitely get trapped for 10 years or more. You will not get the possession before 10 years or more. Total fraud management and give all false commitments.

Still there is absolutely no clarity on which project is completed by Ruparel...surprisingly many iconic awards won by builder ..... subvention agreements with DHFL ..and lot of patchiness in loan disbursements by the bank without the consent of loan borrower.......lot of mess and hundreds of buyers are stuck badly

I am Flat Owner at Optima Kandivali, The builder has not fulfilled his commitment. I purchased it in 2017, but still no possession. Now they are saying they will get it by April'23. It's a complete blunder made by builder. Now I am stuck and helpless.

Not even buy from Ruparel and don't even work there as an employee.I have worked there in November and December as a telecaller and when we were waiting for our payment they aren't just responding... They are just giving dates and notices but where's the payment? And I will suggest whoever is buying in Ruparel buy it in your own risk they will se possession of 2-3 years but will give you after 12-13 years
