She seems to be doing a lot better since the movie. I'm happy for her. Throughout the late 2000s she's been an obnoxious drunk (i used to hook up with a guy who lived down the street from her). Not aggressive just loud.

this is what i think. t.h. would never hurt a child. and why am i bringing that up? because. whats'erface...really, what's 'er name? oh, yeah. nancy kerrington? okay. her. this is my point. n.k. broke up a marriage, with a family. personally, i'd neeeeeeever do that. never. regardless, if even, if, it was real love, and the marriage was in trouble, and all those rationalities. never. those children were hurt. and those are lifelong wounds and scars. how can anyone truly feel happiness at the expense of an innocent child's deep sorrow? no way. and it's easy enough to say, you don't know me!, or, you don't know all the information. yeah. i got that. still, i'd never hurt a child. never. i'd rather take one in the knee. i also watched the apology video. bleck. n.k. brings up first and foremost, that she's married. that was a big deal for her to say that. and of course, this painted a picture of family and wholesomeness--trying to make an indirect hit at t.h. just in my opinion. again, i'd never discount anyone for the childhood they're born into. a physical assault is obviously horrific and wrong. and here's the BUT, i did notice that n.k. sticks to the little jabs, verbally. i'm assuming that tension existed between them for years. i think n.k. is fake. and i think t.h. is real. and never the 'twain shall meet. one last thing, tonya harding, by miles and miles, is a much better athlete than n.k. she made herself fit into that standard commonly expected mold. tonya harding broke the mold. so that's it.

Honestly, I took up for Harding for years and years after the Kerrigan deal, but when I took a step away for a long time and went back looked at all of the evidence, it’s apparent she was involved in this thing from the beginning and threw her ex husband and body guard under the bus to attempt to save her a$$. Now I believe she’s convinced herself that’s she’s been telling the truth over the decades and the reality of things never happened. Sad - I was obsessed with her skating.
@tellurye Жыл бұрын
Um, she wasnt an angel. While I dont agree she didnt deserve the decades of hate, she did deserve a little punishment. Whether she knew or not, she never came forward. But dont give me this survivor crap - so am I , yet I never took it out on anyone else. She made a bad decision, paid her dues. But dont act like she an innocent victim in all of this. The sad thing is she had enough punishment - she is still the first woman figure skater to land the triple axel sao coa whatever its called in the world during competition - and sadly everyone only talks about the kerrigen incident.

Her ex abusive hubby set up the hit weither she was aware of it or not. But also she came from a rough background her mom was abusing her and drinking and skating was her only escape, she was a strong skater. Just may have not gotten the fair image like nancy kerrigan as a thin and looking like a princess had. But enough time has past that she should be able to live her best life and try and move on. Weither she and nancy can make peice with each other esp since they both gone thu some bad tragedies loss of dads and miscarriages. Its kind of cruel to keep holding it over her nancy still won a medal.

I wonder if someone that needed to have nanK win, hired the mob hit on Tonya? NanK was presigned for BIG endorsements way before she even skated at Lilehammy. Big bucks!! CBS paid undisclosed amount to her married manager boyfriend for olympics ads!! All nanK. His hookup made possible By her married/manager fook buddy?? Who ran all of the lies, mistruths and media spins in nanKs favor?? She was tapped on back of leg. Not front of knee. He prolly paid for media lies. And made a huge donation to skr memorial fund. I feel. (Anyone can be bought, for right price, not russians tho). Oksana suffered worse in witt collision. Needed pain injections! No therapy. No media circus. No b.s. and SHE golds!!! Yes. She herself did not ever do that. She had an ex-husband, who was not a nice guy, who hired a couple of thugs. If we are to blame people for things that so-called "friends" themselves do, or rather "friends of friends " do - then everybody becomes guilty. It does not work that way.
