So first was resistance and to do it before bed. Then instrusive thoughts.... irrelevant and discouraging kinda like youre gonna need this more than once , u didnt hear that clearly u need tk start over. Then acute itchy spots nose ear leg scalp. Legs felt fused and i called.mysf a snake in my head. Then intense cold Then intense heat at which point the tingling from the test prior stopped and body began to get lighter or sort of freed feeling. My whole body was weighted by the time time i started this. Weird like a mosquito bite on my side. Began to say its working, thats enough and had to argue that thats a loe from shaytan. was.temotempted to check remaining time on audio. Again saying oh it worked. Wamer and began to feel soothed enough to fall asleep. Woke myslef and ran back a few mins so i didnt miss anything In shaa Allah then.....the lightness came and almost like a relief of getting something upsetting resolved or making up with a loved kne hit me and a small voice of it worked. Youre done. Nope began reciting Falaq along with audio Al hamdulillah and made it thru fine. Hope i didnt miss anything i experienced. Jazak Allahu kharyn Barak Allahu feekum Shukran Alhamdulilah Allahu Alam Allahu Akbar Tusbih eelaa khayr
