Sometimes it feels like someone piercing needle into your body ... especially in hands and feet...or sometimes,it feels like body parts vibrate and other symptoms... When you can increase your rqyah treatment...that means intensity of your sihar is breaking

I think you are affaected by sihar...I feel the same but 6 month's agao...my raqyah treatment started by a raqi...I feel much better but still I'm not fully cured

Salaam Alaykum Akhi you mentioned to recite whilst in the bath tub but most Uk houses have a toilet in the bathroom so how can they recite the Quran as it’s a place of filth. Can you clarify the matter?
