I felt exactly the same thing during a trip to Manila a few years ago. The streets, buildings, climate etc were like from an unfamiliar place in Colombo. Its the signs in Tagalog which give it away, and the people, of course. 😍

Fascinating village, shops & land scape greenery. Peaceful life. No pollution no crowd no noise. I think there is no jihadi elements. So no panic of Islamic terrorism. No panic of stone pelteting, vandalization stabbing beheading. Don't let them migrate in this peaceful village
