This time, I was relieved that the hot summer is over...and in no time at all, we had single digit temperatures in the mornings and evenings.
In a flurry of activity, my husband and I prepared the wood stove so that it could be ignited.
We started using the wood stove earlier than last year.
Since then, we have been enjoying warm days every day.
