Irrelevant. They claimed to have a search warrant; Which is completely different than a simple arrest warrant. Direct 4th amendment violation, confirmed more than 8 times, in almost every state, and federal appeals, and supreme courts. When will these idiots learn they cant break down the door for a arrest warrant???

There has never been any attempt by any US government to Ban guns, merely to regulate who can have one and the type of gun that is permitted. It's not hard to figure out. If every criminal case went to trial, the courts would be backed up for decades. Plea deals are a vital component of our justice system. It keeps things moving. If they didn't drop a few charges, what incentive would the defendant have to plead guilty? Only about 10% of criminal cases make it to trial. When they ask a defendant to waive his constitutional right to a trial, there has to be something in it for them

I respect law enforcement. But what else do they expect when they “whisper” “Police Search Warrant” as they bust thru the door of someone’s home. I highly doubt the suspect was sitting in the basement watching cameras as they make it out. He probably did have cameras and monitors in the basement. The police are just using that to help cover the fact they did not announce who they were loud enough for anyone to hear behind closed doors. Prior to kicking a door in. Was it right the suspect shoot at law enforcement no. The officers were trying to take suspect by surprise and surprise they got. Huge mistake kicking someone’s door in as you whisper “police search warrant”. Your just asking to be shot at

There are currently many serial killers operating in the U.S., lots of corruption in police depts and judges chambers, sex for bail/home detention, teachers(men and women)abusing students, families killing each other, horrible things that we only really know the full scope of because of video/body cams/social media/cameras everywhere. Not even any of his partners actually cared. The ones next to him are supposed to say you don’t know if you’re still in the game I t could be adrenaline.
