My late husband would have loved this show. He bought a 1949 John Deere tractor for $500, in 1974 from a young high school boy that bought rusty tractors and restored them. Finally in the early 2000's he could no longer get the part needed to repair it. A man we went to church with, bother lived in Michigan and had the same problem. He offered to sell his to Bob for $600 for parts. One tractor could be used for repair parts for the other. Bob sold him our John Deere for that price. He used that tractor all those years and sold it for $100 more than he paid for it. I cried as they pulled out our lane with John Deere headed to Michigan from SW Ohio. I now own a John Deere Lawn Mower, named Johnny D. I'm 79 and love mowing 2 acres of my property around the house and barn.

This was an unexpected video. Used to seeing horsepower on here. You folks did a good job showing off Rantoul. I enjoyed the fact that you let the tractors & equipment talk as well as the good people that own them. Didn't flood the sound out with music & I really appreciate that. Regards!
