BritishGurl2 SGU is on netflix uk now so you can see what happens. It's really tragic. He had major issues coz his first wife died and Amanda was the only other woman he loved, and she loved him too. but she was badly disabled with a respirator so they couldn't exactly have a normal relationship. When he gets trapped on the ship she gets to visit him in another woman's body so they can actually have a proper relationship for a while. But it all goes to crap. You'll see if you watch. it really was the best relationship in the whole show. They were adorable together.
